Majority of Reception staff always willing to help, and friendly . Never struggle to get appointment if you use the rite system at the rite time ,as stated on the Web site. Dr's very professional and never struggled to see one .

A little shocked to read the negative feedback from a few others. My personal experience with Seven Brooks as been positive for many years. This year as been a real struggle with a knee injury but every time I contact 7 Brooks, the staff are always polite and friendly and go above and beyond to help

I found the reception staff to be more than helpful and kind/understanding in their communication, very pleasant in fact, not just with me, with other enquiries, I wasn't overhearing its just nice to hear nice for a change. The lady Doctor I had an appointment with asked me how could she help me. During the appointment went above and beyond their responsibility of duty for me, more than understanding when I needed the help the most. I don't understand why the surgery has alot of negative comments? Maybe I have the right time of day, Sevenbrookes has always helped me above the basic standard. They listen, hear and empathise. Give an positive outcome, that's my experience so far. They should get more positive reviews.

A terrible surgery Cant ever get an appointment The app is not fit for purpose Im trying to self manage my menopause & failing terribly This surgery needs to be shut down
