        A company not to be trusted! Avoid at all costs. Reviews appear not to be false unfortunately. Couldnt leave less than one star hence why they have one star and not zero.

        Lost my 3 time and it all ways end with the same shelter .. I have to pay 1st 120pounds,2nd 80 pounds . And now the want 175pounds I can't buy my own dog because I don't have the cash... it is no fair I hope that someone do something about wardens .. the want much money for you own dog it is like kidnapping

        Yesterday we lost our 8 month puppy and it was located inside this dog shelter. We tried straight away contact this company if we can pick up the dog which is chipped. The woman told us that it is not possible and they will take him home by themselves next day. They were not asking if the dog is taking any pills or what he can eat and we had to pay 130. After another call they told me that they cannot give us more informations and they will bring the dog back in the evening. So if you think, that dog is some parcel from Amazon or whatever, it's not.
