Totally Wicked E-cigarette and E-liquid shop

Called in today as wanted to upgrade my current vape I spoke to christine who was very helpful showed me the different vapes that would suit me and sorted the vape up so I was ready to go... very impressed and will be calling again Thank you for all the info given to me the vape works amazing

The girl in the shop really helped me out, and if there'd been no one else in the shop I would've given max stars, but I was asked for my personal details in front of another customer just so she could register me.

I will start by saying that I very rarely write reviews for anything but i feel compelled to for the the reason that will follow. I have been a customer of totally wicked at Atherton and haliwell (same franchise) for many years, being a loyal customer and contributing to the business turnover, however I will no longer give my custom to this business as last Saturday I bought a pack of replacement coils for my e cigarette and I carried out the same replacement process as I always do with no problems but on this occasion after the replacement the first puff of the e cigarette tasted bad like a burnt out coil, I then returned to the shop a short time later and told the shop assistant what had happened but she blamed me for not priming the coil correctly I explained how I always do it without any issues but she wouldnt accept that the coil was faulty, She told me to try the other coil in the pack when I get home which I did, I followed my usual replacement process and all was ok. So today I returned to the shop to buy some liquid and hoping to get a replacement coil for the faulty one but the same lady was adamant I hadnt primed the coil correctly so she wasnt willing to give me a replacement, she stated that they will only replace if it doesnt work at all when installed, She then also contradicted some information from one of her colleagues by saying that coils never taste burnt from new which I had been informed years ago that this can happen. I found the customer service really disappointing and unfair especially to a regular customer so I then left without buying any liquids (10x for 43) I found her reasoning and judgment to be really poor and now the business will suffer as theyve lost a long time good customer.
