The original bottle was damaged in transit and Hazel managed to arrange for a newly engraved bottle to be dispatched the same day so that it arrived in time for the wedding. Most impressive! It arrived with about an hour to spare. Fantastic turnaround and customer service.

Great customer service received from EngraveGifts. I found them following a request to find an urgent personalised gift. I needed someone to be able to personalise, gift wrap and despatch the gift as soon as possible. I ordered late on Wednesday and by early Friday morning, the bottle of champagne had been perfectly engraved, gift-wrapped, dispatched, delivered and was waiting for me at work. I would have no hesitation in recommending this great company.

Having not received my order and being informed by DPD it had been damaged in transit, I contacted Engraved Gifts to ask for a replacement. I received a reply that day from Hazel at Engraved Gifts, asking me a few simple questions about what had happened. Once I had replied, Hazel swiftly dealt with the problem and had a replacement item sent out to me. The professional and excellent customer service I received, has insured I shall return as a customer to Engraved Gifts in the future. Thank you Hazel, for your friendly and efficient help.
