        Not happy at the moment with the online service! Put in request at 7.07a m on a Wednesday morning and get no call back off doctor ! Rang Thursday @ 9.05 to be told should be dealt with that day !! 2 days of no sleep and pain in back and under arm ! Fed up of getting told to use walk in centre and out of hours GO ! Should be able to see your doctor ! What are we paying National Insurance for !! No problem before COVID sane so why still using it as an excuse . Gone rediculous this surgery now

        Though the staff are good abd dr Chan is excellent, gettimg an appointment is near impossible. The phones are jammed and the online appointment service doesn't work either. Really frustrating!
