Shocking doctors, I refer to him as doctor thoughts and prayers because he doesn't do anything other than say what could be done but won't be done. I'm always having to buy from the pharmacy myself because he will not write a prescription. It's Dr's like this why some people have a bad view on the NHS. *Edit due to response* I am part of the prescription scheme where i pay a fixed sum to cover my prescriptions, this isn't free, this is also why this scheme exists, for repeat prescriptions that would otherwise cost a fair amount of money each time. The link you provided whilst does state what might not be covered, it also states that exceptions are made for certain criteria, which 3/5 are met. Prescriptions are a mild issue with your practice, I have deeper concerns that I wouldn't be able to disclose too much without leaving myself open for identification. Choosing to use cancer as the only example to make myself look bad regarding prescriptions is indicative of my experience with your practice.
