        Lee worked on my loft plan and completed everything on time and at a fair price.I would be more than happy to recommend lee and LC Blueprints.

        Watch out! Rogue trader alert! I hired Lee Campbell to prepare and submit a planning application. Lee requested a deposit which I paid and he drew plans which I approved. To submit the same, Lee requested the remaining fee be paid in full. I paid because I considered the job near complete. Why not? As soon as I did Lee downed tools. He failed to submit my application and the Local Authority say he hasn't provided me with anything to enable me to submit the application myself. There is no location plan or block plan. My emails and texts to Lee go unanswered. IT'S A SCAM. Do a little research and it would appear I'm not the first to issue court proceedings. Look at LC Blueprints on Companies House. It's insolvent. My advice when looking for someone to provide architectural services would be to hire a Qualified architect as recognised on the Architects Registration Board. You then have the protection of an organisation when something like this happens.
