        Very disappointing attitude from reception we required a very quick health check for our dog who has a heart condition Dismissed by reception who said we have to be a client first and they were not taking on clients .we are on a boat passing thru and this is the first time we have encountered such disinterest

        Our cat has always been so well looked after at Riversmeet. We took him recently and were seen by Lewis who did a thorough health check and gave appropriate treatment. Our cat usually hates the vets but was made to feel relaxed and was on his best behaviour. Two happy cat parents, thank you Riversmeet
