        Going there most my life, wonderful place and offering feedback on how to help my eyes even more than just glasses

        I wanted to keep my business local,what a big mistake,from the moment I entered the shop I felt I was an inconvenience ,I should have trusted my instinct and left however I went through with an order and it got worse from then on.When my glasses were ready they were shoved at me in a case,they had yellow writing all over them,the bad tempered person asked me to try them on and look through the window..?,I then complained about this and a man then came and started forcing my head around to try them on,and said these are the ones whose prescription they had not done.I asked was this a problem?to which he said yes it is,common sense tells you that,please be warned.

        They have been helpful flexible and sympathetic with my Mum who has mobility problems and who also lacks full capacity following a stroke. They where patient when she had difficulties during her eye test, and have been great finding suitable replacement glasses . Highly recommended.

        Absolutely dreadful place. They haven't got a clue what they are doing and have left my Dad with very bad eye problems. Will be complaining to professional body
