        If I could also give zero stars I would rude and obnoxious man stating Im waisting his time by asking questions and saying that I wouldnt sell what I brought would highly recommend any one to avoid like the plague

        They don't change all watch batteries, and they also don't stock CR2430 batteries.

        If I could give zero stars I would! I took my favourite watch into this place for a simple battery change. It used to have an illumination feature and a date change...no more. Both functions now fail to work since they had it and all they can say is"all we did was change the battery". Well, if you cannot work on a type of watch, DO NOT TAKE ON THE JOB!!! The staff appear mediocre in their attitudes and workmanship. They tried to charge me for 2 battery changes when it only needed one and the strange thing is, one of the batteries was for the illumination feature which now does not work...so why try to charge me for it??? I would not trust this shop at all and if you value your watches or jewellery like I do, neither should you. After collecting it the first time I noticed the chronograph function was not operating so I took it back and they told me they would fix it but that has also stopped functioning properly. They denied any responsibility. This jewellers is a total shambles and totally incompetent in my opinion. YOU SHOULD FEEL ASHAMED TO KEEP SERVING CUSTOMERS. DISGUSTING SERVICE.
