We recently contacted Animals at Home for their Dog Training Service, due to one of our dogs' reactivity towards other hounds while out on walks. Verity gave us easy to follow training techniques & tips to use & practice with Finn on a daily basis & which we continue to do. Finn has responded really well & the improvement is huge We are still work in progress, & some days are better than others, but overall Finn seems much more relaxed, & not so much the Mini Werewolf he turned into when seeing other dogs! Verity's brilliant knowledge & excellent advice has made - and is making - such a difference for both Finn & ourselves. We highly recommend Verity & Jon, & would definitely contact them again for any future services

Jon looked after our 3 rescues at our house whilst we were away at a wedding. He went above and beyond updating us with pictures and providing updates via WhatsApp. Not only were our dogs in excellent care, he managed to get some pictures that a photographer would be proud of! If you're after a trustworthy, polite and professional carer for your pets, look no further.

We can not recommend the services provided enough. Over the past 6 weeks we have had a very poorly dog who at one point we thought may lose her eye due to a cornea ulcer that then got a rare fungal infection. With a planned induction for our new addition to the family booked last Friday, the stress was starting to build with the concern for our pets welfare knowing the induction process could take days and the level of care she would need by someone other than ourselves. However, we were able to go into hospital last Friday totally focused on getting our new arrival here safely as we knew our dog was in the safe hands of Jonathan and Verity. Not only did they home our pet throughout the entire hospital stay but they cared for our dog like she was their own. Administering multiple medications daily and sending us regular updates on her progress. To which we are so happy to say that our dog has now been reviewed by the vet and they are amazed at the progress she has made in healing and is now fully on the mend. This wouldn't have been possible without the continued care that was provided when we were not able to care for our own fur baby. Forever grateful for such a great service.

Where do I begin with getting across how incredible the service Jon provided us last night was. Our dog is about 50kgs and ordinarily in the best of health. Sadly yesterday she had a stroke and needed to get to the vet immediately. I was home alone, neighbours had gone to bed and I just couldnt lift her into the car. After much panic we contacted Jon who was at my house exactly when he said he would be. His very well kitted out van had plenty of room for my dog. He offered to take me to the vet instead of driving ahead but I didnt want to hold him up. We got to the vets, he helped move her from the van to the trolley and stayed a while to check I was ok. My dog is still with us and may make a full recovery depending on how she responds to the treatment - getting her to the vet quickly played no small part in that. Now we know about the service it is such peace of mind. Do not hesitate for a second contacting Animals at Home.
