I have to give it 3 stars because the actual soft play is very good. But if I was to base my review on being a party venue then 1 star. Had the birthday booked 3 month in advance, was told back then a MINIMUM of 10 children, that was fine. 5 days then prior to the party we receive a email saying 1 parent per child, any additional parents will have to be paid for, or will be turned away if venue was too busy. We was not told this 3 months ago. I decided that if it comes too this we will pay for the additional parents, on the day of the party there was nowhere too park, the on-site parking and street was full. when inside we was told that we dont go upstairs to the party section until half way through, we also wasnt aware of this before the day. We got told we have 4 tables reserved downstairs amongst all other play area goers. ( 4 chairs to a table ) we had 12 kids arrive and in total there was 31 party members, it felt very uncomfortable and cheap, seeing some of these parents standing next to tables, and I felt embarrassed, and for the sake of an extra 40 could have gone elsewhere that provides a party section where parents can relax whilst their children play. It took a while for us to figure out who actually was there to attend our sons birthday, we had not met a lot of the parents before as our sons nursery handed out majority of the invites, fortunately they came to ask if we was the parents of the childs party they was attending as they probably saw some presents on our table we had received from some guests already. So half way through we eventually get to move upstairs, and honestly was not much better, as I said previously we was told minimum 10 children, the maximum we got told is 30?! There is absolutely no way 30 children alongside their parents can all fit in the upstairs party section. Parents again opted to stay standing. Then it came to the host taking lead of the party, except the host was too nervous to take the cake to our son and to start off singing happy birthday, which they asked me to do. From start to finish it just felt disorganised, uncomfortable and stressful. As I said from the start I can not take away from the actual soft play area as the kids seemed to enjoy themself and our son had a good day. However for the parents it was the opposite, with one telling us it was a awful experience and wouldnt have even paid for it. I really hope this review is seen and that they take measures in future like not over booking parties, or allowing so many of the public knowing you have a party to provide for. Just seems like money money money lets see how many people we can squash into our building.

Lovely facility locally, with lovely friendly staff and a great menu selection. Great escape for the kids in the cold weather! Highly recommended!

It was all good until they opened the Kart area. My little one who is 4 is autistic and he does fixate on things but I was watching him stood by the gate, he was watching the other kids and when the date opened he tried to sneak in. However the staff member who was there got him out and he didn't cause drama. To my horror though 5 minutes later I watched the way she spoke to him and telling him to just go away. I was absolutely raging, for 1 he's autistic however he wasn't misbehaving, I don't speak to him like that so don't expect someone else to. I told her that and walked straight to manager, as I first started telling her what happened she said " not trying to justify but she's only 16" at this point I don't care her age. It's a kids play area, surely they should be trained to deal with all children, even if my child wasn't autist still doesn't give them that right. Absolutely awful!

First time my daughter really enjoyed so much ,but second time it was half-term, so crowded, children age of 7+ or10+ which are playing agresive what they doing on toddlers area ? Why there is not restricted something like that when the little ones can be hurt by older ones. Now I would like to ask others parents, if you see clearly your child is rude and don't let others to play there ,why you are enjoying your coffee and don't educate your child how to behave in a public place, where everyone should have the same rights? Very disappointed after today's visit and not about the place and staff... I went there to spend 10 for an hour just to see how my daughter is crying and being hurt by others .
