I enquired about one of their dog guards, which they told me was out of stock and would need to be made to order. I asked if there were any main distributors/stockists and I was told "no". This wasn't true and they could have told me they make them for Britpart, and to try them for stock. Through my own research I found this out and they had 30+ available for purchase, which I got next day.

Just received my new dog guard and it's superb! fitted to the built in mounting points in my F-Pace in about two minutes with two knurled knobs and just as easily removed if needed. Looked at the Jaguar OEM guards and they were nearly double the price and not even as good as they did not allow the parcel shelf to be refitted, which is important to me when the dog isn't in the back! The quality of the product is just fantastic and the dog is now safely enclosed! :) It's so good we have just ordered another for my wife's car. Great price, great quality, great service, great product - what more can you ask for? Second dog guard arrived within a week for my wife's Range Rover Evoque and it is every bit as good as the first one. We particularly like the clever way it attaches behind the seat and is held in by pushing the seats back into position. It can be installed and removed in seconds without any tools or fixings and the parcel shelf still fits with the guard in place, so there is no impact on normal car usage. Like the first one the quality and price of the product, along with the service are just superb! Thank you :)

Die Auflagen links und rechts sitzen jedoch nicht wirklich sauber und haben bereits bei der Montage das Kunstoff am Fahrzeug beschdigt. Schaut auf den Bildern mal die Auflagen und Aufnahmen links und rechts an. Beim Kadjar sind es flache Aufnahmen, beim Allspace leider nur Rundstahl gummiert, das sowohl links als auch rechts zu kurz ist. Hier wre eine berarbeitung wirklich sehr ntzlich. Auch wenn ich mich wiederhole, aber es wirklich rgerlich: Im Kadjar liegt alles auf breiten Flchen mit Kratzschutz auf und hier nur auf einer runden Stange, siehe Bilder. Was wirklich wichtig ist, seit GB / UK nicht mehr in der EU ist denkt an den Zoll. Fr mich war der Kaufentscheid der Preis, da 40 Euro gnstiger als bei anderen Hndlern. Dann kamen die beiden Pakete und ich durfte jeweils nochmals 31,75 sprich ber 63 nach schieben. Leider ist der Preis somit nicht mehr wirklich gut und die Ausfhrung fr den Allspace auch nicht. Schade....

I ordered a dog guard from Guardsman and it looks to be a lovely product. However, due to a big change in personal circumstances the dog guard was no longer needed. I asked a Guardsman if I could return it, as I was 10 days or so past 30 days. It was brand new, wrapped and unopened. Guardsman didnt reply to my first enquiry. I followed up again, to which they said no. Like I mentioned, it looks to be a nice product but I feel a little disappointed about the customer service, both in terms of responsiveness and flexibility.
