Tow Trust Towbars

Skoda Karoq (dedicated electric kit) - EXCELLENT service from start to finish. I was going to go with a genuine Skoda product but it was almost double the price and there was a 6 week delay + they wanted my car for 2 days to complete the job! Anyway, Ricky arrived on time and did a cracking job; he explained the job in hand and finished off giving a demonstration so I understood how to use the tow bar. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED service.

Here's an idea, put the correct number of washes in a kit before sending it out. Not difficult and not expensive but saves your customer a ton time and grief not having to go out and buy more halfway through an installation. Ridiculous.

Wow! Real human beings and great customer service, and I'm not even a customer! I bought an old Audi with a detachable towbar that I couldn't remove. A quick call and helpful advice from Luke on the Technical team meant I was able to get it off. Amazing that they're willing to help "non-customers". I'll be using this company next time I need a towbar. It's a great tow bar and system once you know how it works!

Bought a tow trust towbar for our Ford ranger, talked to towtrust before buying the staff were really helpful as I had a lot of questions as was installing myself, came well packaged with no damage, the instructions were easy to follow and I had it all installed with a few hours. Very happy with the result. Nice clean install. Will be using again.
