        Great gym, well equipped with helpful staff. Plenty of PTs operating if you need to book a session or two. Lots of fantastic new equipment just installed! Pay as you go or membership. Own range of Kingdom clothing and dietary supplements and fitness foods available. Parking directly opposite.

        Great gym with all the equipment you need. I'd prefer earlier opening hours but not everyone's a morning person. It was worth adjusting my work schedule to fit in a visit. Loved the atmosphere and the lady at the front desk was really helpful. I'll be going back.
