I've been training with Alex for the last few months and never looked or felt better. Siblin offer personal training, circuits or a gym so book a session and give it a go.

        Great gym, running great fitness classes for all ages and abilities and one to one sessions, really helpful staff, modern and well equipped equipment, various memberships available, well worth trying it out
