I cannot recommend Kevin Sime, & his company highly enough in analysing, and rectifying whatever electrical problem I have within my company. His response is quick, his work is first class, always extremely friendly, however yet very professional, & was a pleasure to work with. Having used these ovens a few times now I can honestly say why would you use anything else! They cook everything really evenly and is consistent on all shelves there are no hot spots like most ovens. It really simple to use, really clear digital colour screen, and it cleans itself what more could you ask for. Highly recommended these ovens and sime catering - really lovely staff and happy to help and support you with any of your equipement needs!
