I really don't know why businesses use these cowboys. They have failed to deliver an urgent order to my business on two occasions (same delivery) the first being scheduled for pre-10am on Saturday. This has had a direct financial impact on my company of around 900 and an uncalculatable amount of lost customer goodwill. The level of incompetence I have faced is unbelievable in this day and age.
