        My son passport was given to them for the pass 2weeks up to date and still not delivered we missed our flight to dubai and lost our refund almost 3k is just gone i am looking for a way to sue them for compensation I will never advice any of my friends and family to use TNT very incompetent company.

        11 days after my package was shipped, it still says "Scheduled delivery pending". They say there was a customs delay, but still no word 3 days after it cleared customs.
