Hired some cleaning machines to clean a warehouse floor a few weeks ago. I dealt with Gary and he was extremely helpful. He came out a few times to give advice and also tested the machine before we hired. Gary is a asset to this company and what customer service should be like. Would recommend this company felt like a family run business that cared about it customer service.

Really helpful and informative company, pro-active and organised with a willingness to serve their customers. Kerrie is a fantastic support and pulls out all the stops to help and assist. Lian does all she can to help within her remit, all do a 'beyond helpful' job and should be commended. I would have absolutely no hesitation to recommend B & G Cleaning Systems for purchase and servicing - being able to offer a turn-key service is unsurpassable. Awesome!

Reliable, helpful and friendly. I have used B&G cleaning and their equipment for many years now and they and their equipment have proven to be reliable on almost every occasion. I am sure they will admit to being only human and limited sometimes by the supply chain that feeds them. They are very versatile in their approach and are happy to work on providing a bespoke solution to a problem rather than just selling a boxed unit, if the need arises. Sometimes they need reminding that you are waiting for a price, but this is usually down to a large demand at that time. If there are problems they are usually first to admit this and work with you on a resolution. Give them a go and see how they work is all I can say.
