        Utterly appalling. Nearly 50 order placed got told an hour. Chased up after an hour and a half as still not arrived. Got told driver left 15 minutes ago. 10 mins later it arrived. Cold. Order refused. Spoke to manager who told us we could send it back to have it warmed up but it would be an extra half hour!
