Every aspect was detailed and explained confidently, putting my mind at rest as to the best option available to me. Brilliant and quick response by email and phone. He has never missed a call from me and always picked up straight away! Very professional, great advice and has always put me at ease when stressed with a certain issue. He seems to know all the answers!
