Rock Caravans

A little gem on the A5, was looking to replace our van so contacted Rocks. Spoke with Matt and was instantly impressed with the manner and professional way my call was delt with nothing was an issue and it was'nt a case of theres your info thanks good bye. Communication via phone and email was brilliant and very fair on price too. On arrival we were made to feel welcome and Matt was Personally overseeing the hand over of our van even washing it before we arrived. Everything was explained to us how the heating, water, waste etc even down to how things open and lock i was over the moon with our van and i would send people to Rocks all the time well worth the 350 mile plus round trip. From the moment Matt picked me up at the train station to the time we said goodbye with a caravan in tow nearly a month later I had nothing but a fantastically brilliant experience!! Great caravans, great service and great prices!! Matt, if you read this thank you so much for making our family dream a reality. To you the reader; I travelled a long long way on spec to Rock's and it was one of the best decisions I ever made 100% recommended.

We couldn't have had a better experience in the purchase of our van from Matt at Rock Caravans. From arranging to meet us on site on a Sunday to view, right up until the moment we had hitched up and driven away. The purchase and handover were smooth and Matt went out of his way to ensure we were completely happy with everything.
