        No real problem, they just dont sell coal from Whitegate Farm! I was advised to go to another local unrelated business for my requirements.

        Catch the driver routinely driving around whilst using his phone. This company have dangerous work practices that put pedestrians and other road users in danger. Avoid.

        Awful service didnt even turn up. The lady who answers the telephone was shocking in her behaviour and manners. Would not recommend at all.

        First time I have used Rothens for delivering coal and would highly recommend them. Didnt even hear them delivering, just noticed my coal bunker was full!
