We loved working with the HR consultants. From the initial conversation right through to the end of the project Jen (and Pip) understood and were attentive to our needs as people and as a business. It was a big leap to undertake this process and to open ourselves up to an outside company - but we immediately felt so reassured and secure. I have no doubt that the work we did with the HR consultants has fundamentally changed us as a company for the better, and that we will only be stronger for what we achieved with them.

The HR Consultants have been an absolute pillar of support. We are able to speak to our dedicated consultant quite quickly and get guidance to help us steer through our daily HR activities. They are very clear with the law and also helped us work through delicate HR situations on numerous occasions. Our consultant was able to tailor their approach to aline with our company culture which was very important to us. We found this company to be overall a great help and would highly recommend.

We used The HR Consultants for bringing all of our staff contract and company policy documentation up to date. We had great interaction with the team to ensure that our document pack not only gave us everything needed for both us as the employer and for our employees, but it was written in a tone of voice that was befitting of our company and easy to understand for all concerned. It certainly felt like a bespoke service for our companies rather than just a one-size fits all approach. Subsequently we have used The HR Consultants for additional ad-hoc HR queries which they have responded to promptly and professionally, especially for matters such as COVID policy, where there seems to be an ever-changing landscape.
