        That's what happened to me in Bingley the staff they are really slow on the check outs I had to go self I scan I asked the staff there the product was he was really rude and arrogant I been today mon 17th April there were staff blocking the isle customers couldn't get through it's a disgrace

        There's a member of their customer service team called Ardee Laus. I found Ardee Laus to be very rude and cheeky in their correspondence with me regarding a rotten food item I'd purchased. Ardee, you have been named and shamed. Please do not write any such cheeky rude messages to customers going forwards. Thank you.
