        Worst service ,, totally unavailable by phone - ignorant ,, incompetent and a law to themselves !!! - deliberately awkward and confrontational a disgrace. AVOID ROYAL MAIL at ALL costs.

        Gave 1 star as none not an option, for the week up to Christmas they were open 8am to 10am, 2 hours per day for collections, normal opening isn't much better, my sister paid 15.45p special delivery for my kids to get presents 4 days after christmas. We choose online purchases based on them not using royal mail now. no support here for pay rises
