        Never answering phone calls. Not giving documentation of the car saying that we will receive them by post but, these never arrive. Lying about car stuff ordered as missing and lights flashing in the car. 'just needs deactivation'. Not recommended at all.

        My finance company paid for a Mercedes A class from them in full (15999) on October 26,2022 and they kept giving ridiculous excuses as to why I couldnt come pick up my car or why delivery was delayed or why I couldnt come view the car that I already paid for. After 2weeks they stopped responding to all my calls and messages (not that the responses were timely or frequent in this 2weeks). My finance company has tried contacting them numerous times in order to recover their money but they are also unable to reach them. It is now November 21,2022 and I have no car, no communication, they still have my money and my credit is in jeopardy.
