Bought a brand new quad in September 2020. After 5 months the battery gone, the timing belt gone and also the gear box doesnt work how should work! I left my quad at the Quad Warehouse and they have change the belt and they have asked me for 400 without advise me before carrying out any kind of work at extra cost, also Ive been told that I will be charge 15 per day for storage if I dont pay . They are very rude when it comes to use the warranty and also they overpriced every single thing ! The quad is still in warranty for another 2.5 years and they said that I wont be accepted in their service anymore. See you at the court guys ! Avoid this company at all cost !!!

Took bike in for a repair which was carried out no problem but they also carried out a service which I did not consent to. Costing over 500. When disputing the charges they threatened to charge 15 a day storage until the balance was paid in full. Avoid.
