Gorgeous barn! Very spacious and well equipped (esp kitchen). Perfect for a quiet peaceful getaway. Pool table is a bonus! Would love to come back!

Absolutely magical holiday. The space was incredible. Well decorated and well thought out. Little things like the kitchen being laid out well, sofas being comfy, the pool table, alfresco dining area. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could move in

Gorgeous house that fit our group of 11 (7 adults 4 children) perfectly. Decor that made you feel at home almost immediately and plenty of room outside for fun and games too. Local area has plenty to see and do. Would definitely recommend Aston Pottery. Just a 5-10 minute walk from the house with a fascinating shop of knick knacks, a caf with simply magical cakes and gardens that will make your insta feed bloom. Also not far are: Crocodiles of the world (a sanctuary for many creatures perfect for children of all ages), Legoland Windsor (needs no introduction) and Coatewater park (wonderful park with a giant lake for walks, plus minigolf and a miniature steam train ride like you've never experienced.) Neighborhood around the house is also very quiet. You are in a village but the nearest shop is best reached by car (a co-op in nearby Bampton) unless you fancy an hour round trip. Only downsides were the unexpected visit we got from next doors dog (though Benji the cockapoo was very friendly) and the occasional problems with the pool table and WiFi. Plus the very hot upstairs bedroom as it had the boiler right next to it, would probably recommend a fan . Overall though, if you want an escape to the country with all the mod-cons you're used too (if not better) I'd highly recommend a visit here.
