This company is a joke. Im a support worker working in a home and out reach. First priority charge 4 guys with learning difficulties 1000 each a year purely for repairs, yet fail to carry out even basic repair jobs. Normally we have to report the same jobs for month's at a time before anything's done and even then they send some one look loom but do nothing as they wont allow him to order/buy the parts on the spot to finish the job on the day. So then your chasing up the job again for 6 to 8 weeks later. First priority also own flats with in a block of flats and charge vulnerable adults 90 extra a week more than the avarge tenant as a service charge. Yet no services are given. In fact for month's the 2 doors securing the main building are broken along with the fire alarm. So homeless drug users sleep under the stairs and have sex along with use hard drugs like heroin. Used condoms, needles and trash left all over the main hallway. This has of course been reported to them, with photos and managers have had there meets the police have been involved and yet nothing.
