KENNY SMITH Massage Therapy/ Sports massage

For the best part of 7 years i have suffered with increasingly bad lower back and hip pain as a result of ever tightening muscles from excessive gym coupled with sub-par genetics - to the point whereby my lower back would suffer just from laying in bed! Initially a birthday present from my partner, she booked me in to see Kenny - who from my posture and hip position alone knew exactly what was wrong with me. It was truly astonishing how much i was able to benefit from just the single session. It was for quite some time after the first visit that i no longer lived in fear of putting on a sock. However, with the combination of complacency and my lack of effort to maintain a half decent stretching routine the pain slowly creeped back into the picture! At this point Kenny had unfortunately relocated 25 miles away so reluctantly i tried another local therapist with a supposed great reputation - but who ultimately proved to be a waste of time at best! Needless to say i now make the trip to see Kenny as the only person i trust to re-build me! Thanks again Kenny

Just had my first session back with Kenny since lockdown commenced. Already feeling a whole lot better and have really missed his sessions for the past few months.

Kenny has provided excellent care for me and has helped me a lot in overcoming my troublesome, lower back pain. I would happily recommend his services to anyone suffering from persistent muscle tightness and the mobility issues that result.
