Pam was an absolute amazing soul to work with for my wedding on 8th Oct 2022!! I could not believe how stunning my decor was! It was more than what I had even imagined! Pam was right to say just trust me, I am so glad I did! My venue was stunning thanks to you!! My guests are always complimentary on the decor still and when I look back at pictures I am still in awe!! I cannot thank you enough and feel ever so blessed to have you as my amazing decor vendor! You truly made my hall look so magical, thank you Pam, you are genuinely amazing at what you do!!!

Wowfactor Events were an absolute pleasure to work with. From the the moment we met both Pam and Bhaven they were so professional and helped us every step of the way. They really got to know us, our tastes and expectations and came up with dcor options that showed off what we liked and matched our theme for the event. They were available whenever we contacted them and always willing to meet with us even at short notice and willing to help and really going above and beyond for us. On the day, our morning event did overrun which made the turnaround time incredibly short for Wowfactor to decorate our venue. However, both Pam and Bhaven made us feel comfortable and at ease and reassured us that everything would still be fine. In fact, it was better than we ever imagined. The decor looked stunning - exactly how we wanted it and actually delivered more than what was promised. The colour theme was perfect! Our guests were stunned by the dcor and still talk about it to this day. Thank you once again! Sonam & Vishal

Update: I have been threatened with legal action due to my opinon and this post. I am shocked at the level of service I've received especially by someone I met at a reputable wedding show. I have been constantly harassed with multiple phone calls and messages after posting my opinion of my experience with this company. I chose not to engage and eventually had to ask Pam to stop contacting me. None of our other vendors had any issues returning deposits or payments as they know what everyone is going through and were so understanding. We are all dealing with extraordinary circumstances and a little sympathy goes a long way. No one can predict what happens especially these days and I tried my best to send updates. I have chosen to cut my losses and move on with my life. Please do not reach out to me about this again. Original post: MONEY HUNGRY and unprofessional is the way I would describe this company. Unfortunately we wanted rechedule our wedding due to Covid however as current events have progressed we had to cancel our wedding all together. This was such a hard decision for us and I reached out to Pam to receive a refund for our deposit since we are no longer moving forward. She has refused to give us our money back and didn't have any sympathy or understanding for our situation. I understand this is a difficult environment especially for the wedding industry however all our other vendors were responsive and understanding and fully refunded us. I will be letting my family and friends about my negative experience with this company.

We used Wow Factor for our wedding. We were so happy with all our decoration and wedding arrangements, it was better than we even imagined. We were guided and advised at each stage what would suit our requirements and budget. Pam and her husband are so lovely, we would most definately recommend and also use their services again for future functions.
