He said that he has been cleaning dogs for 15 years well the van had obviously not been cleaned in that time was full of bin bags of old dog hair it stunk he didn't wash my dog properly so i had to do him again afterwards to get the shampoo off and he dried him with a towel covered in old dried blood i cdnt believe it i was in shock i will never use a van from your place again absolutely no care about the dog he smelt worse afterwards and was itching as shampoo was left on him
