        I booked a groom at the end of July - for the earliest appointment October the 8th. This week I received an email to say my appointment has been cancelled and with no reason , explanation or potential new date. I even called and text to ask and my message was read and ignored. My dog now has to find another groomer and again wait months to be seen. This is poor service especially with no courtesy to call or reply

        Carly has groomed my dog many times and each time she's done an amazing job. Not only does she care about the animals she's grooming, but the owners as well. I've used a few groomers over the past 12 years and Carly is by far the best. My dog loves coming to see her despite not loving the bath! Carly loves what she does and I love how gorgeous my girl looks and smells after her groom.
