I arranged for a Kingspan Engineer to come out and repair my rainwater harvesting system. He was fine and concluded the pump was at fault. He then referred me to the Kingspan office who tried to sell me a new pump for 1100. The online retail price for the pump is 550. There is a difference between making a reasonable profit and being a con artist and Kingspan are the wrong side of that line. Avoid this firm at all costs.

Not a bad place to load and tip,all staff good apart from one fork lift driver..doesnt like you but tbf I dont think hes to keen on himself..looks permanently fed up otherwise all good

an update. finally company decided to deal with my request as should, pity that it had to be Sales Director who was absolute gentleman, and solve my problem in less than 3 minutes. hope they have any recollection and review their sale practice Avoid that company! They put wrong address on delivery, and asked to check if I can find it on the street they missed 40 houses numbers. When I requested refund, I was told that firs they need to have item (not delivered back) and they have 28 days for refund, only if item is back!!! I have never ever experienced such lack of professional customer service.

Beware of expensive restocking fee's they only charge to businesses. So buy as a consumer.
