        After putting up with night time shoulder pain for over 2 years I only wish I had gone to see Marie at Fit n Well before !! After only 4 visits I am already feeling a huge benefit and my pain at night is greatly reduced so managing to sleep so much better !

        Fantastic Massage Managed to get a last minute appointment with Maria. Incredibly knowledgeable and eased the pain I was suffering with. Next appointment booked and will be trying the under treatments that Maria offers. Clean and comfortable therapy room. Highly recommend.
