No tracking number to see where my parcel is, paid an extra 7 for next day delivery and its 7pm and still hasnt arrived. Doubt it will come in time and havent got any way of seeing when it will come. Not ideal if you are looking for quick delivery or next day delivery but hope that my item comes in one piece as thats all i really care about, luckily i didnt wait to order it as it wouldnt have arrived in time for show.

I love the branding and design of Equetech clothing. I cant stop buying it! Quality is excellent and service always second to none. I would highly recommend them.

Really bad. The jacket wasnt as pictured - the lines on the check were really light. When I said this, they told me that it does say items may not be as pictured but this was not clear when I bought it. Had to pay to return the jacket because of this. Also watch out for the free gift - apparently you can untick to not receive it, again this wasnt clear. I got it and assumed it was to promote the business, as it said 30 years I think, and I threw it away. Had to return the jacket as above and theyve kept 9.95 for the hat. Theyve shown me their T&Cs which state if you dont return the free gift its chargeable, but again, these are not prominent when you buy, especially on a mobile. Ill never use these again, feel very ripped off and scammed. I have complained to them but theyre not interested

Oh my goodness.... Placed my order and had the confirmation email then 15 minutes later another email to say my order has been shipped wow I'm impressed. I have ordered from Equitech before and am always very happy with the service, today it was exceptional. Thankyou
