Honestly really disappointed at how poor the service and quality has gone since the new owners took over. So many people saying it too. In my opinion everything tastes bland. Service is slow. Basic items not available. Tuna mayo. Prawns. Jacket potatoes are not ready and waiting like they used to be. Just shoved in the microwave and makes wait times very excessive as the server is juggling multiple customers. No organisation. Someone ordered the same thing I did 15mins after me, and left with it while I was still waiting. I was then told mine would be 5-10mins when challenged. I was met with rudeness. Ive been a loyal customer for 10years but its not good now. Didnt mind spending money on good food but refuse to spend on portions that are half or third of previous portions for the same or higher price. Lost its special spark. Wait times can be up to 45mins and its not even as busy as it has been in years gone by.

Lovely breakfast & lunch every time, staff always friendly & polite. Best sandwich & breakfast bar in the region.
