        Fantastic friendly service, very helpful & knowledgeable, one of my prescriptions was short, they apologised & going to drop it off tomorrow morning.

        1 member of staff is particularly rude and unhelpful. Just come back from Wigan hospital and given in the prescription to be told that doesnt have your address on Im not accepting that so I asked what do I do? Im not saying nothing so I asked again what am I supposed to do? Again Im not saying nothing was the response and walked off! Luckily the other member of staff was very helpful. We went next door and the GP signed it and called through. I dont think I have met or seen anyone be so rude to a customer before.
