I have been training with Brendan for six months now and I can honestly say I've never enjoyed training as much as I do with BB Fitness. Brendan is great at personally coaching you to improve your technique and this has definitely improved along with my strength and general fitness. I am now working from home full time and there is nothing better than an early morning PT session to start the day or an evening shred session after being stuck indoors all day (even when it's -4 or chucking it down the feeling after a session it makes it so worth it). Group PT sessions alongside shred are the perfect combination, Brendan is so encouraging and supporting as are all the other ladies who train BB Fitness. I am so glad I joined!

I have been training with Brendon for 3 years in the morning group PT sessions. It is a great way to start the working day. Brendon has a holistic approach to his training, including nutrition and mindset. You need to learn this knowledge to be consistent in your training and see life long results. We have a great support group within the sessions which you need because it is never a straight line to achieving your goals. I highly recommend BB Fitness.

I've been attending BB Fitness' Group PT and shred sessions now for 3 and a half years. In that time I'm probably in the best shape I have ever been at the age of 41. Having started overweight, and lacking in a lot confidence it really has been a great journey to get were I am currently. Every session is different and there's a warmth and friendliness with everyone. Brendan is exceptional at personally coaching you to improve your technique. Hes also great at motivating you and pushes you to get the very best out of you. He's also very supportive and gives great nutritional info regarding your diet. Not only has it been life changing for me, its now a staple and a permanent part of my lifestyle. And I've made some amazing close friends along the way.

I trained with Brendan and would recommend him. Brendan finally got me out of being a slave to Slimming World and Weight Watchers. Brendan helped me massively with my attitude to food and nutrition. Brendan was great to talk to, happy to discuss emotional connections and obstacles to training and weight loss which made me feel comfortable and understood. The 1:1 sessions were well designed to make them challenging but doable. Great communication, professional and friendly. Thank you.
