        I gifted my niece the eyelash course here through Groupon. She redeemed it at the start of April. She paid the extra money for a hard copy of the certificate. She was told it would be posted to her. It is now July and she hasnt received it. She has contacted them via email and messages to the mobile number provided and nobody has replied. I have now tried contacting them via email to complain and one week later Ive still not received any correspondence. I have sent a mes via WhatsApp and they havent even read it. I had a good experience here about 8 years ago with no problems so this is very disappointing. I am wanting to pay for my nieces insurance to help her out starting up and she cant get that until she has her certificate. She may as well have not bothered doing the course because she cant practice. This is not good enough. I have emailed Groupon now to complain as the contact details on there clearly arent being responded to.

        I booked a course at this establishment via group on. It was described as a soak off polish/ shellac course. I was asked to email the provider to arrange a convenient course date which I did. Unfortunately the day before I was due to go on the course I became unwell so emailed the provider to ask if I could rearrange and take the course on another day (as it was running on several dates). I was told that this would not be possible unless I paid for it again. I found this extremely unhelpful and disappointing as I have now lost the money. Also worth pointing out that the provider emailed very poor quality home study notes and the UV polish kit provided contained a dubious looking version of Shellac (Not CND Shellac). Course may be worth the group on price but I would certainly not book a full price course here and would be put off by the unhelpful nature of the provider.
