Before visiting Collette I had the worst anxiety about an upcoming final test on my route to becoming an approved driving instructor. The test is known for being extremely hard to pass which only added to my already high level of anxiety. After a few hypnotherapy sessions with Colette I felt so much more confident to deal with the test & was amazed how she was able to completely reduce my anxiety in readiness for this test. I always felt so relaxed & completely at ease from day one. I'm over the moon to be able to say I passed that test all thanks to Collete's amazing techniques & help.

Colette gave me phobia hypnotherapy for my spider phobia which I have suffered with my whole life, I was extremely skeptical about hypnotherapy and have been proven completely wrong about it, Colette has completely change my life as I this was a paralysing fear I had!
