Been using walkers floor for years myself and my mum had lvt floor layed in 2020. Within months its all come away got gaps lifted and has scratched (was told it was scratch proof) Jason promised to repair then never turned up. Im now left with a bill for a new floor. Never screeded when he said he would so you can see all the ply underneath (on both mine and my mums) would stay clear as he cannot fix his mistakes. Service: Install flooring

Its a shame I cant give zero stars as a rating!! Because this is what the customer service is worth! They grab your money do a shabby job installing the carpet and say see ya later!! Ill guarantee you wont see or heard from them again! If your thinking of going to the shop to complain, they say anything just to make you go away!! Their so full of empty promises!! Take the review as a warning If you value your money and home! Stay away as Walkers flooring will just take your money and run! P.S. Jas*n I dont have the wrong store, you have more than upset enough local new home owners in the area.

Jason and the boys had a few issues with our flooring, given it being uneven. But after a couple of visits and Jason's determination to get it right, the floor now looks amazing. We definitely picked the right person for the job. See you soon to sort out the rest of the house. Thank you so much. Dave and Bev
