Great staff always friendly and helpful stock things you would not expect in a petrol station

My relatives have bought fuel here but I personally wouldn't. There is no pay-at-pump or separate till for petrol only consumers, so you have to queue behind about a thousand people doing their weekly shopping. Plus, they overprice the items in the store using the ridiculous "excuse" that they are a petrol station. Essentially an overpriced supermarket with eight pumps. Only stop here if you're desperate for petrol.

Very poor young girl called Amiee claiming to be Manager accepting my government voucher from Scottish Power for 66 then refusing to enter the credit on my electric key. It took a visit to another co op followed by a complaint to head office before finally getting the credit put on my card after another visit to the garage. Where this same girl still claiming to be Manager again refused to deal with the matter before another member of staff had to sort it for her as she didn't know how. She also claimed on my first visit that you can't pay by card only by cash, which I later established to be incorrect.Amiee the so called Manager/supervisor is a very rude and incompetent member of staff who requires extensive training. She said her name was Amiee however she could be lying as the receipt she gave me on my 1st visit in respect of a purchase said the name Georgia. This is not withstanding that I have been informed tha actual Manager is a male. For reference my complaint ref is 11681833 the lady who I spoke to at head office was excellent as were the staff at the Gables the 2nd co op store I visited. It's a Shame the same cannot be said about the so called supervisor at the co op garage.
