Kristine The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan

After yo-yo dieting for years, i decided enough was enough and contacted Kristine. 6 months later, i had lost over 3 stone and never felt better. After trying various different ways to lose weight including healthy eating and other diets I just couldn't seem to loose the weight I had a wedding to attend and I had the perfect dress to fit into but it was too small. I decided to look for another way to lose weight and was recommended Kristine by a friend. She helped and supported me through my Cambridge Weight loss journey offering one to one support whenever I needed it. She understood that sometime you have bad days and was there to guide me through them. I am proud to say I fit into the dress and I can still fit into it some months later. And she has helped me to maintain this weight loss.
