I came to the shop on Sunday, waited about 15 minutes in the queue, which I didn't mind, the shop was busy, however when I eventually got to the point I thought I would be served, the girl behind the counter ignored me and asked the man behind me (who had walked in a bout 2 minutes ago) what he wanted, when I asked her what about me? I haven't been served she said she thought we were together when me and the gentleman said no we weren't, she went on to explain to me, who was there first, by quite a long period of time, that if she served the man, she wouldn't have enough hot chocolate left for two more for my friend and I, so I left and told her I'd go elsewhere, no apology or nothing. A shame because the hot chocolate is lovely here, and on the two times I've been previously and been served by other ladies, it has been a very pleasant experience. I left feeling like I was some kind of low life, I'll be checking who's working before I come in to buy in future, if I choose to return. Two stars because of my previous positive experiences. If that had been my first visit I'd never have returned and the review would be 1 star only because I couldn't score zero.
