I recently ordered a couple of manufacturer refurbished speakers from Tibo. After a few days using the speaker it developed a fault which I contacted Tibo about. They were unable to resolve it so offered to send a replacement new product which arrived a couple of days later without hesitation. Very good customer service and good products.

I purchased my first Tibo product in 2016.. Plus 2 powered speakers, and loved them. Then I purchased the larger Plus 3.1 speakers. I needed a recommendation for a bigger setup, so emailed Tibo's support department for advice and quickly received a reply directly from the owner, Bo Wurtz! Bo recommended the SIA75 amplifier and Harmony 4 speakers. These arrived 2 days after ordering, all of which Bo arranged, and I am absolutely delighted. We have a large lounge, 9.5m x 5.5m and this set up, despite the compact speakers sounds fabulous, whether you're listening to your favourite classical music or the tastiest jazz funk. Given the size of the room I have added a subwoofer. Whilst being impressed with Tibo equipment... top notch and innovative items at a reasonable price, what impresses me most is their quality of Customer Service. Bo Wurtz, despite being the owner takes time to advise the customer and then just makes it happen. Of course you can get Tibo items directly from Amazon too. This is an honest review. If you are in the market for great hifi equipment without breaking the bank, supported by the highest quality of customer service, I wholeheartedly recommend looking at Tibo's offerings.

I have a number of TIBO products - Bond Mini that links with my Tibo 2 speakers, a Bond 4 which I use with a pair of good passive speakers and a portable Vogue - any issues have always been quickly resolved by Tibo's support - great products/great support - would highly recommend

Just over a year ago I initially bought a couple of Choros Speakers from SuperFi and was delighted with them so I went on to purchase more Tibo equipment, mainly direct from Tibo, ending up with 3 Tibo Choros 6, and 3 Choros 4 speakers, a Smart Amp and a Mini Bond. I was impressed by the connectivity and sound quality, particularly of the Choros 6 speakers. I now regret my enthusiasm for this product. The sound quality from 5 of the speakers is still great but one of the speakers has developed an irritating whine whenever it is powered up. If I listen to the radio with two paired Choros speakers the apparent location of someone speaking jumps around. I contacted Tibo who made some helpful suggestions but could not reproduce the problem nor fix my problem for me. The Smart Amp plays optical and Bluetooth sources in stereo but WiFi inputs are played in mono. This is to my mind a major shortcoming of an otherwise excellent amplifier. This is very sad. I really liked the product and have invested quite a bit of cash in the system which is now of rather limited use.
