        Avoid! Shockingly bad. Didnt confirm rescheduled delivery, didnt deliver on requested day with the no show text message coming through 9 hrs later. They then refused to redeliver and when I drove to them today to collect, it took them over 15 mins to find the package - which was completely trashed!! The only positive was that the young man who had the unlucky job of giving the parcel to me was super polite and apologetic. Otherwise it was shambolic.

        Delivered to the wrong house, just another useless courier company that can't read numbers.

        They gave me allocated slot of 13.11 to 15.11 delivery, so I arranged to be home from work at this time, only to find out delivery had been attempted at 12.58 while I was still in the office. Very frustrating as I know have to travel to their pickup location to collect my medication. Why bother giving me a delivery slot if you aren't going to stick to it?
