My son's both play for Aspatria Juniors and it's a great club. The club has good facilities with a decent sized bar area with seating area, kitchen, dance floor and stage which is available to hire for functions. There are also two other rooms with bars which are smaller but I don't know if they get hired out or not. There's ample parking and disabled access to the club house. The juniors team covers a couple of different age groups and has some fantastic coaches. They always put on fun and instructive training sessions and they support the players through training and during matches. The Juniors team meets every Sunday from 10:30 to 12:00 during the season and it's a very friendly club where all the youngsters are accepted and made to feel welcome. The two Marks who do most of the coaching are really good and get on really well with all of the kids. If your children are interested in Rugby and you live near Aspatria then I'd highly recommend getting in touch with the club and coming down to a training session. It's also cost effective as the seniors team subsidise the juniors so there is no regular cost to parents.
